British Army Combat Medic Bag 1943

WW2 ENGLISH SURGEON'S BAG / MUSETTE1943. GB. RARE.

Rare field bag for English military surgeon, much rarer than the Dressing bag. Has several compartments for medical instruments, dressings and miscellaneous, and a double flap closure system to prevent loss of material. Note a cut inside where the 1st flap fits, you can't see it. and the sling is dirty at the end of one side. It must have been dragged on the ground.

With many dressings of different types and models with the original metal box for various medical instruments, clamp, tweezers, brussel, razor, scalpel, etc some accessories must be missing in this medicine bag.
