This body armor is new without tags and has never been worn. It shows no wear, and just has a a few minor smudges on the carrier from my model (my son) not being very careful during pictures. It comes with the carrier, front and rear Kevlar panels, and the front and rear Cercom strike plates w/ pads. It is size Medium Regular (37"-41") and is Level 3-A. The panels show no wear, and neither do the plates. This is a great set of collectible body armor.
