MOLLE CMVS Medical PouchesSet of six original pouches for the MOLLE CMVS [Combat Medic Vest System], BDU woodland camo nylon construction with straps/loops on back for securing to MOLLE gear. Consists of four square pouches with zippered closure and two narrow pouches with snap flap and side pockets [similar to rifle magazine pouch]. Mfg by MICHAEL BIANCO INC. and dated 1999. One square and one narrow pouch appear to have seen light use, the rest have never been used.





Woodland CMVS Triple Magazine Pouches. These were designed for the MOLLE I Combat Medic Vest System. Each holds three M4 mags and have frag/utility pockets on each side. These are similar to the Safariland ELCS triple mag pouches.

These were issued two each with the combat medic vest and holds three standard rifle mags side by side until needed. pouch also has grenade / GP Pouch on the side and features both velcro and pressure snap flap closure. Item is 100% USGI Issue made on Government contract by SDS.

NSW Training/CoverageMedical Backpack Often copied, but never equaled, the Training/Coverage medical backpack is LBT'spremier advanced life support (ALS) pack. Designed to the exacting standardsrequired by Naval Special Warfare medics, it has time and again proven to bethe best pack of its kind available. It's unique design, utilizing two large main compartments, allows the user to access all of their lifesaving equipment witha minimum of fuss. Unique to this pack are two**"pull out" bags**, with color coded handles, in the rear compartment. One is designed to carry a full airway/intuba-tion kit, and the other is heavily padded with 1 1/2" closed cell foam on eachside for safely storing medications, whether they be preloaded syringes or ampoules.Smaller pockets, pouches and elastic loops are supplied throughout for storing avariety of instruments, bandages and dressings. A large pocket, with drawstringclosure, is ideal for storing intravenous injectable solutions. T is also aninterior pocket for using a hydration bladder. Padded adjustable shoulder strapsare also equipped with load levelers for added comfort. Constructed using 1000denier Dupont© Cordura©. 

Currently in use by Naval Special Warfare, U.S. Army,U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, various EOD units, as well as civilian mountainrescue units. Well over 2,500 of this family of backpacks are currently in service.
