This is a Special Operations Waterproof Bag (SOWB) made by SI Tech in Sweden. Construction is similar to a heavy-duty drysuit with a drysuit zipper, inflate and deflate valves (including oral inflator and pony bottle attachment) and black vulcanized rubber fabric. NSN 4220-0 MIL-B-53083. Dimensions are approximately 22x18x12. Can be used with an ALICE pack or by itself. Multiple exterior (non-waterproof) compartments with buckle closures as well as numerous D-ring attachment points.Designed for Special Operations personnel (Navy SEALs, Marine Force Recon, SOCOM, etc.) to keep weapons and gear dry during subsurface operations.
