History

Details: Rare, "1st generation" BHI white tag. These were made in the mid 90s when BHI almost exclusively made gear for local Spec Ops units in the VA Beach area. Made in the USA and is comparable to Eagle or LBT in quality.

Blackhawk BHI Butt Pack OD Green / 804 Tag Old Gen 1991

Pack is pre-owned and has dirt staining and some fading from use in the field and storage. Pack also appears to have some light spray paint that has been "dusted" on it for camo. Back left of pack near the ALICE clips, there is a small hole. Actual pouch is shown.

This is a very rare, older gen Blackhawk BHI butt pack. The pack has one of Blackhawks original logo tags and has the older 804 area code for Virginia Beach, VA (this changed in 1995 to 757).

History

Product Description

Maximum weapon protection and retention with top flap over pistol. Belt-mounted with single stabilizing elastic/rubberized leg strap. Adjustable thumb break for quick draw of most large frame weapons. Flap is secured open by hook & loop or closed by a side release buckle. Front mounted pouch for extra magazine, knife, or light. Additional magazine pouches can be mounted horizontally on belt flap.

Blackhawk Industries nylon drop leg holster (right handed, od in color). It features the old style Blackhawk label. This particular holster design was styled after the old ABA holsters.

Oldschool magazine pouch made by Blackhawk. Attaches to a belt or LBV/LBE by ALICE clips or the sewn in belt loops. Holds four magazines total with two in each pouch. This is from some of the oldest runs of Blackhawk gear. The white tag with the "804" area code phone number dates this from the early 1990's.

Details: Early production, when BHI still made gear in the USA. First-generation tag. When I received this, it was taped onto a M60 sling. I am not sure what it was originally made for, possibly an add-on pad for an H-harness or backpack? Measures about 14" long.
