This is a very rare, first gen AOR2 LBT-6094 plate carrier made by LBT. These were produced in very limited quantities for DEVGRU. They featured green webbing since AOR2 camo was so new that they did not yet make the tougher webbing material in AOR2. Same for when AOR1 came out and thus why the early AOR1 carriers were "tan webbed"
