This pack appears to be a medical "STOMP" style backpack made for the U.S. Secret Service's CAT/HAMMER Teams. The CAT Team is the Counter-Assault Team and tasked with protecting the President. LBT is often tasked with providing gear for the US Secret Service and White House.This is an original prototype London Bridge Trading pack. This came from the collection of Mr. Doug McDougal, the owner of LBT. These items were being cleared out since most of the designs are out of production or have been succeeded by newer versions.
