Very rare. This type of vest was used by American Delta Force operators at the beginning of operation Enduring Freedom.This particular one is split front modified by the original operator. Backstrap buckle is dated 1994 and the shoulder strap buckles are dated 2000. The smaller buckles used in the split front modification are dated 2002.
