Patagonia's Guide Pants combine breath-ability with wind and water resistance to make a versatile and quiet combat pant for cold climates.
Designed for freedom of movement and made to be rugged and long lasting, Patagonia's Guide Pants are part of their Military Advanced Regulator System (MARS) of layered clothing.
A light, durable, stretch-woven standard suitable for most alpine endeavors. Snow-covered rock, icy cracks and scrappy conditions: "G" is for grovel. Our go-anywhere, do-anything Guide Pants help you embrace your inner G-climber. The burly stretch-woven nylon/polyester/spandex fabric breathes, resists foul weather, stretches and recovers its shape. A soft, brushed interior maintains next-to-skin comfort, and the low-bulk waistband and belt loops won't interfere with a harness. Gusseted leg openings have flap-protected DWR (durable water repellent) zippers, scuff guards, gripper elastic and tie-down loops. The welded-on single thigh and two hand pockets close with welded-in DWR zippers. With a 2-way fly and a slim fit that allows for baselayers and light midlayers.
