SOF issue foliage green Protective Combat Uniform (PCU) Level 4 Wind Shirt made by Patagonia in size Extra Large Long. From the 2006 contact year. These came from a former senior NCO with 1st SF Group at Fort Lewis, WA. These are issued primarily to US Army Special Forces, Rangers, 160th SOAR units, and other special operations personnel.
