Eagle Industries Old Gen Rare USAF CCT Double Frag Grenade Pouch w/ Metal Hooks

This kit was made for USAF CCT Combat Controllers. These pouches feature a metal hook closure system. I'm not sure the reason why this system was used but i believe it could have been for jumpable operations.
