The Squad Responder Kit from North American Rescue is the smart alternative to the US Army Combat Lifesaver (CLS) Kit that sets the bar for mission specific casualty care platforms. By identifying the needs of the end user's skill set, this CLS kit's innovative design is able to capitalize on mobility, versatility and efficiency. Offering a large central compartment and multiple attachment points, the Squad Responder Kit comes equipped with optimal medical gear to treat 2 to 4 casualties and is maximized for storage space while maintaining a compact profile. Each component is designed to be effective under survival stress and potentially reduce some of the physiological pitfalls associated with it.

North American Rescue’s Maritime Assault Kit meets the unique and specific requirements of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command for a small, efficient IFAK. Our most compact IFAK design has all the tools to mitigate the three leading causes of preventable combat death (60% extremity bleeding / 33% tension pneumothorax / 6% airway obstruction).

Our modular system can be attached to the operator in three ways:
Using the split-tale connector with height adjustment and Quick-Grip leg strap
PALS/MOLLE style webbing for attachment to the vest/body armor
Fasten to the web/gun belt using the quick weave method.

Belt and leg attachment straps can be removed and reattached as needed to allow maximum flexibility during load carriage configuration.

The slimline outer bag can be carried as a low-profile backpack using shoulder straps which are stowed away until needed or pre-rigged to attach directly to body armor using four rapid attachment straps.
