Dutch army shovel carrier as used with the M52 webbing throughout the Cold War period. These carriers fit the US M1943 shovel, the wartime German folding shovel that was issued to the Dutch forces after the war, and locally made copies. These carriers were often worn inverted on the belt, with the shovel handle tucked underneath a webbing brace.

Individual medical package of a soldier IPMED
(SPECOPS IPMED – Individual Medical Package)

IPMed - Individual Medical Pack with a thigh panel for attaching and carrying the pack on the thigh, main belt, or vest. The Soldier's Individual Medical Pack (IPMed) is a complete kit enabling first aid to be provided to the casualty, including initial wound care and hemorrhage control.

Kit Contents: - CAT 7GEN Black Tourniquet - Hemostatic Dressing - Israeli Personal Dressing - Dressing for Penetration Wounds of the Chest - Nasal Tube with Lubricant - Compressed Gauze - Isothermal Blanket - ​​Tactical Scissors - Adhesive Tape Roll - Nitrile Gloves - Marker for recording the time the tourniquet was applied

IPMED consists of four parts. The basic element is a package in the form of a rectangular cover with dimensions of ~16x13x8 cm, and with full equipment it weighs about 1300 g. It is made entirely of resistant Cordura 695D (770 dtex) in Coyote Brown color, additionally coated on the inside with a layer of polyurethane, increasing water resistance. Cordura is also finished with a finish that reduces its signature in near infrared radiation (IRR). On the back are sewn three polyamide fastening tapes compliant with the MOLLE/PALS standard, using three cells and four rows of tapes for stable attachment of the cover, which after attaching the cover are wrapped underneath and inserted back into the MOLLE/PALS cells, blocking them from falling out with the help of stitching made on them. 

Three rows of three MOLLE/PALS webbing cells are sewn on the front, with the top row sewn with Velcro. A section of Velcro is also sewn between it and the next row, which together create a place for attaching markings - the MED patch embroidered with black thread is supplied as standard with IPMED. 

The IZAS-05 (Individual Auto Syringe Set) carrying case, supplied with the package, is attached to the external webbing, in the form of a simple pocket closed with a Velcro flap. There are drainage holes in the bottoms of both covers (the main one and IZAS).

IPMed is equipped with: - hemostatic dressing (Quik Clot Combat Gauze) - occlusive dressing (Bolin Chest Seal) - scissors - nasopharyngeal tube - CAT tactical tourniquet - Z-Pak Dressing rolled gauze - Olaes dressing - gloves

IPMED składa się z czterech części. Podstawowym elementem jest pakiet w formie prostokątnego pokrowca o wymiarach ~16x13x8 cm, a z pełnym wyposażeniem waży około 1300 g. Wykonano go w całości z odpornej Cordury 695D (770 dtex) w kolorze Coyote Brown, dodatkowo powlekanej od wewnętrznej strony warstwą poliuretanu, zwiększającą wodoodporność. Cordura jest również wykończona apreturą obniżającą jej sygnaturę w promieniowaniu bliskiej podczerwieni (IRR). Z tyłu przyszyte są trzy poliamidowe taśmy mocujące zgodne ze standardem MOLLE/PALS, wykorzystujące trzy komórki i cztery rzędy taśm do stabilnego przymocowania pokrowca, które po zamocowaniu pokrowca zawija się pod spód i wprowadza z powrotem w komórki MOLLE/PALS blokując je przed wypadaniem za pomocą wykonanego na nich przeszycia. Z przodu przyszyte są trzy rzędy po trzy komórki taśm MOLLE/PALS, przy czym górny rząd obszyty jest Velcro. Pomiędzy nim a następnym rzędem również naszyto odcinek rzepa, co w połączeniu tworzy miejsce do mocowania oznaczeń – z IPMED standardowo dostarczana jest haftowana czarną nicią naszywka MED. Na zewnętrznych taśmach mocowany jest, dostarczany wraz z pakietem, pokrowiec do przenoszenia IZAS-05 (Indywidualny Zestaw AutoStrzykawek), mający formę prostej kieszeni zamykanej klapką z rzepem. W dnach obu pokrowców (zasadniczego i IZAS) znajdują się otworki drenażowe.

• An individual auto-injector kit IZAS-05 comprises the following auto-injectors:

• brown (large), with a yellow cap, containing 2 mg of atropine sulphate and 600 mg of pralidoxime chloride,

• yellow (small), containing 2 mg of atropine sulphate,

• grey (small), containing 10 mg of diazepam, contained in a collective packaging (in the shape of an eyeglasses case), which is to be carried in a special canvas pouch that can be fit in the MOLLE system;

• red (small), containing 20 mg of morphine sulphate in a separate tube – a transparent cylinder-shaped container, which is to be carried in a special canvas pouch that can be fit in the MOLLE system.

Army "TIC" Medical Kit - Complete Kit 

French Army TIC / Individual Combatant First Aid Kit 

Ideal for hiking and survival, lightweight and essential. To implement first aid and rescue operations in combat, every soldier on operations is equipped with a "TIC," the Individual Combatant First Aid Kit. Developed by the Army Medical Service / Service de Santé des Armées (SSA), Army Health, and the Special Forces in the early 2000s, it has been used by all soldiers deployed on overseas operations since 2008, in Afghanistan. Generally affixed to body armor or worn on the belt, the TIC includes all the essential accessories for performing first aid in a combat zone.

The TIC is divided into two parts: 

- The Basic Kit, pictured here, consists of emergency pressure dressings, a tactical tourniquet and rubber bands for emergency tourniquets, a roll of microporous adhesive tape, compresses, antiseptic doses, and small dressings for everyday "aches and pains." 

- The Complementary Kit  issued in theaters, is included with the Basic Kit. It consists of an infusion set consisting of a bag containing sodium chloride solution and morphine. 

The Cordura kit includes: 

1 genuine tourniquet / Soft Tactical US brand 

1 Israeli-style army compression bandage 

5 sterile gauze compresses from SYLAMED laboratories 

1 10m roll of 3M stretch tape 

3 20ml doses of chlorhexidine disinfectant 

10 standard bandages 

This equipment is currently in service with the Army and is part of the TIC (Individual Combatant First Aid Kit).

Trousse Médicale "TIC" de l'Armée de Terre - Kit complet

STOCK LIMITEE

Véritable tic de l'armées Française / trousse individuelle du combattant
idéal randonnée, survie, légère et indispensable.

Pour mettre en place les actions de secourisme et de sauvetage au combat, chaque militaire en opération est doté d'une "TIC", la Trousse individuelle du combattant.
Développée par le Service de Santé des Armées SSA, Santé Armées et les Forces Spéciales dès le début des années 2000, elle équipe tous les soldats déployés en opérations extérieures depuis 2008, en Afghanistan.
Généralement apposée sur le gilet pare-balles ou portée à la ceinture, la TIC comporte tous les accessoires essentiels à la pratique des gestes de Premiers Secours en zone de combat. Mais quels sont-ils, et à quoi servent-ils ?

La TIC est divisée en 2 parties :
- Le kit de base, ici en photo, composé de pansements compressifs d'urgence, d'un garrot tactique "tourniquet" et de bandes en caoutchouc pour les garrots d'appoint, d'un rouleau d'adhésif microporeux, de compresses, de dosettes d'antiseptique et de petits pansements pour la "bobologie" du quotidien.
- Le Kit complémentaire (non vendu ici), attribué sur les théâtres est incorporé avec le kit de base. Il s'agit d'un nécessaire à perfusion composé d'une poche à base de soluté de chlorure de sodium et de morphine.

Ce pansement (appelé ISRAELI BANDAG) est le pansement standard en possession de chaque combattant. Il a pour caractéristique de permettre une compression relativement importante.

Arrivano i nuovi "kit sanitari tascabili per autosoccorso" per i militari italiani in missione all' estero. Le dotazioni sono state presentate nel corso di un Convegno internazionale sulle dotazioni sanitarie campali.
Il nuovo kit individuale di automedicazione consente al militare ferito di potersi medicare efficacemente nell' attesa dei soccorsi.
Potrà disporre di un laccio emostatico in tela, benda compressiva per ferite e traumi, guanti in lattice, mascherina per la respirazione bocca a bocca.

In particolare, ha aggiunto, "la situazione operativa del teatro iracheno è stata l' occasione per imprimere un significativo impulso all' aggiornamento delle dotazioni sanitarie di base". La Direzione generale della Sanità militare ha quindi promosso la definizione di "nuove dotazioni di primo soccorso standardizzate".

Oltre alla dotazione individuale, sono stati sostituiti anche i vecchi "cofani sanitari" con i nuovi zaini di primo soccorso per personale medico e per il personale paramedico. Essi contengono tutti i dispositivi ed i farmaci necessari al personale sanitario per attuare le manovre salvavita.

2 Individual First-Aid Kit This kit is recommended to be Carried by all military personnel. All military personnel perform adequately Should Be trained in the proper wear and maintenance of the kit, and be Properly trained in the application and use of all components. It is to be assembled and issued at national discretion, and all potency dated material shoulderstand be held under medical supervision until issue is required.
