BlackHawk Special Operations Medical Backpack

Although not officially a component of ABS-G, the Defensor Fortis Load Carrying System (DF-LCS) developed for ACC’s SF community and soon adopted for all Security Forces AF-wide is now available in the Air Force digital pattern. Additionally, an Air Force unique body armor system is under development.

This pack was designed with the help of the elite military medics who know the most efficient techniques in field trauma care. The BlackHawk Special Operations Medical Back Pack will open fully to display items needed in an emergency. The pack is a mid-sized frameless pack, with super comfortable contour padded shoulder straps and waist belt.

STOMP II

The S.T.O.M.P. II was designed to SEAL team medic specifications. All material is made of heavy duty 1000D Nytaneon. The shoulder straps, sternum strap and adjustable web belt make for a comfortable fit. Cinch straps are included for the sides and top to maintain load integrity during stress maneuvers. Early inn 2003 the US Marine Corps, Marine Corps System Command fielded a new individual first aid kit (IFAK) for use by Marine Corps and US Navy medical personnel. They were first issued in small numbers in Afghanistan, then thousands were provided to equip Marines going into Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.By 2004 the new kit was available to every Marine as a standard part of the USMC Individual equipment, a total of 213,000 deployed. The new first aid kit is designed to be more compact and have a greater life saving capability for those with severe bleeding from combat wounds.
