History / Summary
These are only issued to NSWDG from my knowlegde so you will not see Vanilla SEAL Team guys running around with this thing.
(Barely anyone uses that except for Devgru fanboys. The “vanilla SEAL teams” are the teams that aren’t Devgru.)

This is the older and discontinued model with Kydex Insert instead of elastics securing the magazines, therefore limiting the capacity to 3x magazines only in the kydex insert for a lower profile compared to 6x magazines on the newer models, and with 1" strap instead of 2" strap to secure over the integrated admin panel. It is a little bit bigger than the LBT-6094K model made to fit either Large or X-Large Swimmer/Shooters cut plates as compared to a Medium or Large plate in 6049K model plate, just in case you like a little more coverage up front over your vitals.

It features sewn in padding against your body so your plates do not chafe absolutely nails over time, sleeve for NAV board while jumping out of airplanes, Quick access admin pocket on top of the panel with sewn-in bungee retention, external hook loop on front for ID, four routing points on front for PTTs and PALS webbing on both sides of the magazine pouches to rubberband your matching MET Mark Owen style. I'm not sure if this is 330D or 500D construction, either way it's made lightweight for TIER1 guys out there requesting a low profile assualters panel to mate with their carriers for those occasions demaning just that.
