History / Summary

A piece of Devgru history, the 6094P was developed in 2009 to accomodate the 2711 CASS belt but Never made It beyond prototype stage, the small amount of photos of this plate carrier depict It outfitted with the UW cummerbund, but the cummerbund Is probably newer (2010/2011ish), they were probably tested together.

London Bridge Trading (LBT) - Comfort Armor Suspension System (CASS) / 2009

Comfort Armor Suspension System (CASS) - Designed to carry hard armor plates and the load carriage system. Built into a suspension system which culminates at the waist, keeping weight off the operators shoulders, back and neck to increase airflow. Low-visibility, front profile.

Based off the info you've accumulated it looks like you have a back panel thats a prototype to fit the LBT CASS and your front panel is a standard 09' 6094A and your cummerbund is an eagle industries. Also that asian auction link for the 6094P shows a cummerbund that looks the same as the 6094 UW. I remember a while back when info was first coming out about the UWs was that before they were mas grey they were made in aor1 and khaki, something to note.

More detailed description of what I think the 6094P is:

The difference with the P back panel are the straight up 12 o'clock facing shoulder strap connection areas which is something that gets carried over to all 6094s around 2010 maybe late 2009. On 2009 and earlier 6094s the rear panel shoulder connection areas are angled outward (like the eagle dpc) and not as wide which prevents the coyote tan 2009 LBT CASS I have from going all the way up into it (not by a lot though) The directions for the CASS I have said that its made for gen II carriers and gen 1 carriers needed modifying. Again I think its because the CASS slips all the way into the shoulder strap sections at the top of the back panel and the 2005-09' 6094s had outward angled areas that didn't fit the CASS all the way up. So I'm thinking the P was a back panel prototype for the first CASS systems and ended up becoming the new shape for all 6094s by 2010 and onward. I had a MC 2010 6094A that had the straight up shoulder strap connections like the P. BTW You can just cut those raised spots off the CASS so it'll fit into most carriers.

The cummerbund is an eagle industries. The biggest tell is the button closure for the internal radio pocket. The button closure on the LBT faces outward and the eagle ind. faces inward. Also the webbing color has that very slight but unique silver tinge to it thats common with the old eagle AOR1 gear (05-07') I think 08' they got AOR1 matching webbing along with LBT.

Not uncommon for incomplete or randomly put together sets. Cummerbunds, shoulder pads, front and rear panels all got categorized and restocked into bins for guys to pick from when things got damaged or needed replacing. That was according to an east coast logsu guy.

I wouldn't worry too much, those 2009 AOR1 6094s are my favorite iteration and IMO the last of the great 6094s.
