History

Directly based on the Canadian carrier system M1982, which was revised in 1986-1990 studied in different models A, B, C and D. The first models were dark green in color. Was finally accepted in the 90s modified version of the C Frabe Flecktarn "B".

This version replaced the old carrying system, the disadvantages of the previous systems such as slipping or loud rattling were minimized. This system was tested, for example, by the mountain hunters but it was also worn in Somalia. Most of the bags  are from 1988 and are made of coated nylon. The material is a little lighter than the 5fb fabric.

It consists of:

Belt, Carrying Straps, Multifunction Bag , Waterbottle Pouch and Entrenchement Tool.

Belt, however, because its thickness is not possible to fix almost any items from the ALICE system. Magazine pouches G3 / G36 are not part of the basic carrier system.

The material of the shoulder straps is stronger than that of the 95 system and without a chest strap! On the back, the carrier plate only has 4 pairs of eyes (6 pairs of eyes in the 95 system) so only the spade could be carried on the back. The pockets are still without loosening.

The G3 magazine pouches are one of those things ... especially in stressful situations they are a bit fiddly to get out the magazines relatively easy just in under stress is a bit tricky (I guess that's why 1 compartment magazine pouches were introduced for the g36 with the 5 frb set ) with the 5frb set.
