The TACOPS™ M-4 was the standard issue medical bag for Special Forces 18Ds until it was replaced by the M-9. The M-4 is smaller than the standard issue M-5 medical bag and yet larger than the M-3/Unit 1 carried by combat medics and Navy corpsmen.
