This is a rare "Silver Tag" label showing the older "804" area code for Virginia Beach, VA. The area code changed to the current "757" in 1995 so this pack is pre-1995 era.
This is an original London Bridge Trading pack. This came from the collection of Mr. Doug McDougal, the owner of LBT. These items were being cleared out since most of the designs are out of production or have been succeeded by newer versions. Most of the items have paper or plastic tags attached to them and can always be removed. Some items have the model numbers stenciled in paint marker or grease pencil on the item.
