Original, US Special Operations Command and US Army Special Forces issue SOTech Mission Medical Trauma Backpack that came directly from a commanding officer of the 1st Special Forces Group Medical Section here at Fort Lewis, WA. This was his personal, issued pack, but has only seen limited use due to his position as a commander. The original owner's name has been inked to the carrying handle, and I can provide additional details about his position to the high bidder if requested.
This model was introduced in 2004 and is now out of production, making it collectible as well as functional. It does not come with the issue Go-Bag, which is being sold separately.

SO TECH’s extreme comfort oversized 3-day Mission Pack, Medical is perfect for holding the medic’s gear in modules attached to MOLLE in the main compartment. PALS webbing line the inside of the pack for attachments and (2) large mesh pouches fill the front inside of pack. The medic can hold field gear in the expandable, drop-down lower pouch and external compartments. When not performing medic duties, the pack can be customized for other missions.

• American name brand plastic & metal fasteners (Duraflex, ITW Nexus, ACW, etc.)
• Closed Cell Foam
• Edges bound by double stitched nylon Type 3 seam tape
• Heavy weight woven elastic
• Strength-rated nylon webbing & tapes
• Stress points anchored by double stitching, bar tacks, & Box X’s
• Velcro® & Rip & Grip™ mil spec hook & loop fastener

Can by carried as a hand-bag by handles, or worn around the waist like a fanny pack with the waist belt (which conveniently stows into its own zippered pouch). About the same carrying capacity as the old US Army issue Combat Life Saving (CLS) Bag, but more convenient to carry. Please note: this is an earlier model, from around 2004, and not precisely the same as the current production SOTech Mission Go Bag. However, it can serve in multiple roles outside of a medical bag (EOD, tools, sniper gear, etc.).
