This is a weird test piece from Eagle Industries for the Natick Soldier Systems Center. It is a medium Chicken Plate Front carrier in woodland with IIIA Soft Armor sewn in and the ability to add a SAPI plate. There is no rear plate. All of the wedding and hardware are parachute style heavy duty.
