I believe these bags were manufactured by London Bridge Trading for TQS. Both are very close to each other in Virginia Beach and the fabric color and construction closely resemble LBT. I believe these bags were made around 2006-2008 time frame but i can not confirm.
These "Boat Bags" were designed for special forces water craft such as SWCC boats and Navy Riverine craft.
