The BattleLab Medical Waist Pack was designed at the request of US SpecialForces 18D’s for use as an operational med pack that would allow for mobility and movement while still carrying needed medical supplies. Large enough to carry supplies for multiple emergencyneeds! The interior of bag has a divider with hook and loop attachment points,while the exterior has #10 YKK slides andPALS webbing for multiple pouchattachments. This Medical Pack alsoincludes large weight transferring belt with PALS webbing attachments. This multifunctional pack can also be used with optional shoulder straps for distribution of loads. This is a perfect pack for high speed missions when used with plate carriers or tactical vests.
