Here we have a genuine MoD issued PLCE compatible medical trauma belt pouch.. a standard DPM design pouch, but made in 2011 in the newer shades of MTP to match the new clothing and equipment being introduced at that time.

Extremely sought after pouch, these are still quite uncommon on the surplus market, as their owners normally like them and hang on to them!

Main lid secured by a large quick release fastex buckle.... also features a large medical cross on the top, to make its contents immediately apparent to anyone who needs to find medical gear in a hurry.

Large rear main compartment the full height of the pouch, with two additional half size front compartments... the top one of these hinges down to give access to kit stored in the lower one, see photographs... both secured with simple Velcro closure lids.

Two slim vertical side pockets ideal for tweezers, artery forceps or similar, with stud closure flap lids.

Metal fixings at the top to attach to a yoke... this pouch could be fitted at the front of a webbing set, to give immediate access to its contents...used instead of an ammo pouch.

Standard PLCE belt fixing at rear... Velcro secured pad, with internal T bars which lock into a PLCE belt to prevent sideways movement along the belt.
