In order to reduce acquisition cost, we are providing the option to purchase the empty bag and stock it at the unit level (at lower cost) using the Class VIII Medical Supply System.
Product Description
This set contains the medical supplies to provide immediate life saving care to casualties.
The MES contains the consumable material to provide initial treatment for one severely wounded casualty. The preventable causes of death in ground combat are; hemorrhage primarily from extremity wounds, penetrating torso injuries, the development of a tension pneumothorax; and airway compromise primarily from facial injuries. The set contains the medical materiel required for initial treatment of a wide range of battle injuries such as hemorrhage control, airway management, treatment of penetrating chest injurie and decompression of a tension pneumothorax, prevention of shock, and treatment of extremity injuries.

History of TC3-V1:
It was modeled after the CTB-V2 that has been battle tested in Afghanistand and Iraq. It is contstructed of 1000 Denier Cordura and designed to meet or exceed all requirements and demands of medic professionals. The versatility and rugged construction make the TC3-V1 more efficient when assessing and taking care of casulaties. Lots of compartments and the patented strap system ensure that the pack won't twist and be uncomfortable in combat situations and that supplies are easier to find in the dark and when rushed.
