The last pic is of the Rucksack Medical (Daysack) (8465-99-869-4774), not the Rucksack Medical Piggot Pouch.
It's difficult to photograph a "Piggot Pouch" indoors - they're so big. They're designed to be HUNG in Ambulance vehicles, RAPs and Field Hospitals but can be laid on the ground. You need the four suspension straps - which are near impossible to source!
Just a FYI: The last pic looks like an opened Medical Snatchbag, not a Piggot Pouch.
