This is an unusual "Old School" Small Mag Pouch made in the USA by Eagle USA.
It is Black, has a bungie strap on the front flap with a metal hook that hooks onto a strap.
Approximate measurements are:
4 inches tall by 3-1/2 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches deep.
Includes 2 Alice Clips on the back.
