History / Summary
Color: MJK Khaki (Same as MLCS black buckle era)
Date: 2003

Features black buckles dated 2003, same date and color as many MLCS item I've had in the past, and the fabric matches that color as well. Previous owner made some modifications, like removing the female buckles on the shoulder strap for the optional hydration carrier, presumably to make shouldering a rifle easier, in addition to mounting some pace counter beads to the top of the vest. The buckles can be easily replaced with some repair buckles if you wish to run the rig with a hydration carrier. Included are eight pistol mag pouches which are mounted to the front of the rifle mag pouches with MALICE clips.

This rig being the first generation produced by HSGI, the side utility pouches differ slightly, in that they don't have pals webbing on the outside like later versions, and are closer in size to a rifle mag pouch, they just don't have the dividers in them. Overall, a fantastic and rare discontinued chest rig.
