From what we understand these were issued to LOGSU 1 for testing and to help decide whether or not they would choose Orc for their cold weather contract. Very rare and surely to be never seen again. These were the first of the first produced and will hold their value as there aren't anymore made. This vest will keep the wind off you while still being breathable and keeping you warm. These vests are very uncommon for sale and seen in many SOCOM reference pictures.
