ERP, Made by Eagle industries. This is old gen khaki color with black buckles and "white" velcro. Measures about 11x7.5x2.5, holds 4 rifle mags inverted with easy access straps, 2 in each side pouch. Pack is fully padded to protect sensitive gear.
