Each one dose packet, to be mixed with one liter of clean drinking water, contains 3.5 grams of Sodium Chloride, 1.5 grams of Potassium Chloride, 2.9 grams of Trisodium Citrate dihydrate, & 20 grams of Glucose Anhydrose. Recommended dosages of the World Health Organization. Good for dehydration and electrolyte replacement due to vomitting, heat stress, diarrhea, or heavy excercise.
