Ash is originally a slang, later almost neutral designation for a metal dinner plate or a set of dinner plates for field meals, created by distorting the designation esšálek (from the German Essschale, a dining bowl). [1] The original use is for military field catering, the prescribed name in the Czechoslovak People's Army was three-part tableware. Ashes continue to be widely used in hiking and hiking, children's camps and similar purposes.

It is a pity that the production of esus has never been patented. That is why we can find low-quality substitutes from China, Russia or India on the market today.
