SOF Individual Aid Medical Pouch

In 2003 S.O.TECH designed the Special Operation Forces Individual Medical Aid Pouch (SOF-IFAK). This IFAK was a force multiplier for the medical operator, placing critical medical supplies at the point of wounding, not in the Medic's aid bag.

The evolution of our popular and widely adopted Viper Flat IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) is here. Originally designed in 2011 as a solution to bulky and in the way IFAKs. A true ambidextrous IFAK that can be worn on your armor carrier, battle belt and duty belt. Make more room up front and affix the Viper IFAK to the rear of your armor carrier or battle belt.

Compact Individual Medical Aid Pouch

The Compact Individual Medical Aid Pouch is for every soldier who needs more space on his vest. The pouch is only two MOLLE/PALS bars wide yet it holds the entire contents of the Army's officials issue IFAK which is four bars wide. It organizes the contents for easy access and proper tool placement. External pocket for quick access to the tourniquet. Offically purchased by a brigage of the 101st Airborne (AA). Can be mounted to a suspension belt hanger strap.

Compact Individual Medical Pouch / CIMP

The "El Dwiggo" is named in honor of MSGT Chris Dwiggins, a former US Army 18D, and has roughly the same internal design as a Patrolman’s Medical Thigh Rig.
The "El Dwiggo" (CIMP) features double layered construction for extra durability and a total of (8) pockets and (15) elastic storage loops. The exterior of the pouch boasts a hook and loop™-secured protective glove dispenser, a flashlight slot on the side, and a trauma shear sheath with a hook and loop™ securing tab on the rear.
