This is a rare pack. Ive only seen one other of these, an AOR1 version. I believe these were made in small numbers for DEVGRU, possibly for T&E (Test and Evaluation) due to the way the part number reads. There is no date on the label so that should make this pack pre-2006, which i think was when LBT started putting dates on the labels. No buckle dates.
The color is a dark brown. Not quite coyote brown and its darker than khaki. LBT used DCU lightweight material for the top closure. The front mesh pocket is designed to hold a helmet, like the Eagle BTAP packs. Pack is roughly the size of LBT's extended range assault pack.
