These are small chest rigs that hold 6 STANAG magazines. As seen in the photos, the straps can be configured vertically, crossing, or clipped to the top and carried as a bandoleer.

These say "Limited Edition" on the tag, and do not have the third strap on the bottom two D rings. 

S.O. Tech said that these were the first batch made in Multicam, and they did not have that strap in the initial design.
