This is a Colombian-made medical or breacher bag. US Army Green Berets assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (3rd SFG) and 7th Special Forces Group (7th SFG) were frequently seen with CDS Colombia gear since their Area of Responsibility is Central and South America.
Not sure exactly what this item was made for. It has multiple access points and a couple of pouches. I believe its some sort of medical or breacher type bag/pouch. CDS has often copied Paraclete and Eagle Industries ideas.
