This pouch is designed to attach to the top of the Blackhawk BHI Special Ops holster. It looks like it can able be mounted on a belt and worn horizontally. These pouches are pretty rare since they were usually removed from the holsters and lost or thrown out.

This pouch has the first generation Black Hawk Industries (BHI) logo patch. It has the (804) area code so this pouch was produced before 1995 when the Virginia Beach area code changed from (804) to (757).
