Eagle Industries Experimental Leg Rig. The whole concept of this rig is to have all ammo pouches, GP and hydration on the battle belt or drop leg rigs, which leaves the upper torso free so you can have your scuba kit on your back. It's design for high speed units for beach head assaults. Rig will hold 12 mags. The rig is sterile, it has no Eagle tags. All it has is XL and a Made in USA tag. The guy I got it from told me it was made by Eagle. I bought a bunch of rigs off him and they were all sterile. Just by looking at them you can tell they were made by Eagle. All the buckles on the rig are made by National Molding, which is a dead giveaway that it is quality gear. The rig is vintage 90's. You can tell by the ammo pouches, they use snaps and velcro closures on them. All the pouches have mesh vents on them to allow sand and water to drain out. It's also pre-molle. The battle belt has a hybrid molle system and everything attaches on the battle belt by velcro straps making it so what modular. If you are a gear collector it is a one of kind piece. I have never seen another one.

Dated 1996 (804 phone area in the label).

Notice the telephone number on the tag. Still has the old 804 area code. That was changed to 757 in 1996.
